There was a cockroach in my food!! Obviously, they let me have my food for free, but still charged the rest of my family for theirs. The manager never even came out to talk to me after this occured. Would not recommend!!!

Me and my wife went there on Thursday night. I am a man of few words...because my wife talks to much, but it was the best meal I have had in a very long time. I had the BBQ chicken, with baby back ribs and fries. It was amazing , honestly. My wife had the floutes ? she loved them along with the boneless chicken and rice. Everything was perfect..so perfect we are going again tonight 2 days later. We have only been there once before and had the burgers...they are amazing too. Also loved the inside of the restaurant. Makes you wish you lived there. The waitress was so nice, which is a good change from the ones we have run into lately. We look forward to going tonight as well and taking our 18 year old daughter. Service was terrible. Took forever for server to come over. We have a couple of little kids who won't sit still forever. As far as the Wings are concerned they're still pretty good but, my husband would rather drive all the way to Stoney Creek to go to the GREAT CANADIAN WING KING. The wings are the most incredible in the world. Even at Chaps peak they coudn't compare. My husband works in the food industry and says he's never had better. Get it together Chaps,

Great Wings, as usual. I had a bite of the beef ribs a friend ordered that was great too. Before going to Chaps, I had read many reviews about their poor service. I am pleased to say that the service we received from Amanda was great timely, attentive, and friendly. It may have helped that when we arrived, I mentioned the poor-service ratings that we had read, and that this was an opportunity for them to receive a positive rating. Whether or not that made a difference, who knows?

Horrible service... 30 mins between visits from our server, we were there for 2 hours and all we had was one drink and wings + fries... Wings were good, fries were horrible... Never go back

Best wings ever!!!!!!!! Been going to Chaps for many many years and have never had a bad meal.

Worst service I have ever had at ANY restaurant. Took 20 minutes from when we sat down to when we were seen the first time by the waitress. And only after another waitress noticed and offered us a drink. Our waitress promptly scolded her for attending to us. 3 large appetizers arrived WITH the main coarse, forcing us to choose which dish would get cold first. We choose to eat the main course and leave the apps. The steak was over done, and the rest of the food was marginally good. The waitress never came back during the meal to top up our drinks. All in all.. Horrible.
No tip was left at all.

I love it! Once a week for lunch for $4.99 (boneless wrap!mmmmm) and occasional dinners.

I go here all the time and absolutly love it. I recommend trying the boneless chicken wings!
