Well I have been a customer @ Wings up for over 2 yrs. I guess that makes me a very stupid person. As I have to pick up my order's which are between $ 20.00 to $ 35,00 because I live in aldershot. Can't really say why I kept going there ? it's run by kids manager is hardly there. If you do have a problem don't phone using you home phone as they have call display and will tell you the manager isn't in. I know this because it took me 4 days to get the manager on the phone.
It wasn't till I blocked my number guess who answered the manager. anyway she tryed to explain how the latest mistake took place but I said save your breath. you can take my phone number off your computer as I'm through ordering over priced an crappy service from here ever again. You get much better wings @ Kelseys for half price 2lbs wings and 2 drafts coors lite for under $20.00 and we now have Wild wings just down the street,

Well if you like expensive food and bad quality then come on down they will take your money. Or better yet go across the street from wing up and go to Kelseys or go down to cumberland ave & fairview and get Wild Wings

I wouldn't Have ordered there about many times in 2010, But do to making mistakes in my orders. I'm done with wings up and will now go to Kelsey's or the new Wild Wings in burlington

people i don't know if you realize but if you go into another restaurant its about 10 dollars or more for ONE POUND wings up gives you exactly what you pay for and you would pay the same or more anywhere else but the service does suck they hire anyone i liked the people that worked there in the summer

Deivery took forever on a Wednesday. Food was cold, wings were small and mushy and waaaaaay too expensive.

Wow! You seem to be more concerned with selling franchises then backing the stores you already have. Your prices are too high, staff was on her cell phone the entire time I waited for my food and order was wrong. I hope perspective franchises know what kind of establishment they're buying into.

You put your prices up WAY WAY WAY TOO HIGH! $55 bucks for 5 pounds!!!!! The service was terrible , delivery took forever and I live around the corner. Luckily I work in Stoney Creek and can order from the Wing King and bring the wings home. Way better wings, way better price WAAAAAY BETTER SERVICE!

the wings ar something I always order, the service is pretty fast and the food to die for. my favourite thing on the menu is the spicy chicken sandwich its crunchy and all white meat.
