It was fairly busy today when I attended to your establishment.

The two girls behind the counter could not have been more rude or ignorant. One of them was chomping on her gum with her mouth wide open over the food. The other one had two friends sitting at the tables and she gave them the finger - in front of my children.

Classy.

When I spoke with the manager, she pretended not to be able to speak English (I kid you not) and was not helpful or apologetic.

Beware - this company does not advertise their corporate contact info so getting in touch with customer complaints is pointless.

I will NEVER spend a dime in your establishment and I urge everyone who reads this to do the same, that is, unless you like eating overpriced bagels and being insulted by the staff.

BAgels are very fresh great list of foods to put on your bagel eggs get fried not microwaved. Very fresh food. Cappuchinos are terrific. Clean and friendly establishment.

I'm really upset with your Burlington location service. Every Tuesday this loacation advertises the Bakers Dozen special. We pick up our Bagels on this day. For the last few weeks there are have been no selection. Even as early as lunch time. Everything gone. I have complained to the manager but I don't think she knows what see is doing. Her english is very poor and the only reply I can understand is sorry...
